Allann Bros. Coffee (Allan's Coffee & Tea) is Oregon's oldest family-owned coffee roastery, established in 1972 in Ashland. The company was founded by Allan after he discovered coffee in Europe and began roasting with a frying pan and green coffee beans. They operate multiple cafés continuously serving Oregonians and sell coffee retail, including their flagship Maestro's Blend.
